Due to the limited-edition and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances UNLESS wrong item was received.  Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

ORDER ERRORS

If you receive the wrong item (wrong size, color, or style), contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof. We will ship the correct item at no extra cost.

CHARGEBACK PROTECTION NOTICE

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Any attempts to bypass our Terms by filing fraudulent chargebacks or claims will be contested with full evidence, including:

  • Order confirmation.

  • Delivery tracking.

  • Proof of product condition as delivered.

Abuse of our exchange policy will result in permanent ban from future orders.
